   Hi all,

   I just add money to my kid's Microsoft account for kid to buy robux, but I forgot the password for my kids Microsoft account. ( silly me...) I can't recover my kids account as I'm not able to provide enough information of the account. If there is other way I can get the money back or can I transfer the money in my Microsoft account ?

   The problem here is that it wasn't a purchase that the OP made...they added money to the child's account via the Family group area...would that even show up as a purchase?
